3. Client Obligations: Clients must provide timely access to necessary assets. Failure to provide assets may delay project timelines.

4. Fees & Payments: All invoices are payable upon receipt. Late payments will incur a 5% monthly interest fee.

5. Intellectual Property: All proprietary workflows, automation structures, and software configurations developed by GoHippo remain our exclusive property.

6. Disclaimer of Results: We provide tools and expertise to facilitate growth, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead, or conversion numbers.

7. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoHippo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from our services.

8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
